MASTHEAD: Michael Neff Senior Fiction Editor Dan Kaplan Associate Fiction Editor Jane Sandor Senior Poetry Editor Joan Houlihan Associate Poetry Editors Aylin An Allyson Shaw Creative Non-Fiction Editor Frank Tempone Contributing Editors: Ken Atchity Walt Cummins Tom Kennedy Gary Lutz William Slaughter The goal of Del Sol Review is to publish the best work available anywhere, and only the best work. We do not compromise the publication due to political considerations, and we do not publish inferior work simply because a "name" tag comes attached. We do not publish writers because of their connections to us or anyone else. We reject such activities as harmful to the art. We publish a new issue only when we deem it ready. - Michael Neff "What does Limulus look like under all that armor? It's not pretty. At the head are two small appendages he uses for grasping. Next are four pairs of clawed legs. These legs are spiny and are located near his mouth. The legs propel him forward but they also act as jaws. Limulus rousts food out of the sand, secures the morsel with its graspers, and grinds it up into bite-sized pieces that he sucks up into his orifice like a vacuum cleaner. "
